Body Reshaping Success!
Michelle lost inches and grew taller!
Michelle's goal was to lose the stubborn 10 pounds, exercise consistently and feel good! After three months doing All In One
Workouts, in a class setting with Kira and at home, Michelle was surprised and very happy about the results!

"I was surprised to lose more inches than weight! My clothes are loose now and I have muscles! I also grew taller! At
my annual physical I was a half inch taller! Kira said that would probably happen since we strengthened the muscles of the
back that provide better support for posture. She was right!
Although I was not as consistent with my workouts as I would have liked to be. (A health problem kept getting in the way
of the workouts, and I had to miss several classes.) I felt better and was proud to be sticking to a program!
The weight training and combinations of exercises really did it for me! I enjoy the All In One Workouts because I get
toning, cardio and ab work in less than an hour!"

Heather made some big changes in life and body!
"I was getting ready to return to college when I saw this photo of me in a bathing suit," says Heather,"I couldn't
believe that was me! I knew I needed help!"

Heather continues, "I started working with Kira and following her Fitness Makeover Program and dropped 4 inches the first
week! After 12 weeks, I look like a new person! I am surprised that weight training can do so much for your body.
I lost about 20 inches and 15 pounds! I now understand why they say don't look at the scale! The inches mean so much more

Francis drops weight despite a thyroid condition!
Despite a thyroid condition making it hard for her to lose weight in the past, Francis dropped 11 pounds and 12 inches with
no dieting!

To lose weight and inches, Francis did All In One Workout classes with Kira (and Michelle, featured above). "I never
thought that with a thyroid condition I would be able to lose weight", says Francis.
"I was exercising for my health more than anything and the bonus was my new body! We did the All In One Workout class
twice a week and I used Kira's dvds Ball Sculpt 1 and Got More Bands? at home too."
Francis says, "I enjoyed both dvds, but with Ball Sculpt 1, I was tired after the warm-up! It was very fun and I
can add a bit at a time! I like the outdoors scenery and music too."
She continues,"I found the Got More Bands dvd a little easier to use, again I have to build up to some of the exercises
which require balance. That's a good thing because it gives me incentive to continue!"

Rochelle's Story
Rochelle can be seen on the dvd Total Body Tone, at 7-months pregnant! Both Rochelle and Allison (shown here in blue) did
the Total Body Tone Workout with Kira at her Fitness Center, throughout their entire pregnancies!

Rochelle has always been an active exerciser! She maintained her fitness program throughout her pregnancy. During her pregnancy,
She consistently took Kira's exercise classes: Total Body Tone, Resistance Band sculpt, Butt Blaster and others.
Rochelle says, "Kira was such a great role model for me while I was pregnant. I had seen her go from being in shape
to being pregnant then getting back in shape again. All right before my eyes each week (when I took her classes). The entire
transformation was both inspiring and encouraging for me.
I knew, from her example, that I would have no problem getting back in shape after birth. Sure, I had to work at it, but
before my son's 1st birthday I was back in my bathing suit and happy with what I saw!"


Lori's Story
"This is me, 18 months after the birth of my daughter. I am actually in better shape now than before my pregnancy!"

Due to my schedule, I was not able to get back to the gym after giving birth, so I used Kira's dvds to get me back in shape!
I used mostly the Total Body Tone dvd. In less than 4 months, I was back in my old clothes and 10 pounds lighter than before
I was pregnant!
I have done almost all of her dvds and some of her live classes too! I now look forward to my exercise time and am thrilled

Arlene's Goal: Stay Healthy!
Arlene Burnette says the secret to her health is "Doing it for me!" She is determined to improve herself and stay
healthy!

"You have to exercise! I have seen too many friends, my age and younger, become lazy and sick. Since exercising regularly,
I have cut my Blood Pressure medications in half and lost 23 pounds! Exercise is the key to weight loss and feeling great!
I enjoy and look forward to my regular exercise classes at Kira's Fitness Center."
At age 51, Arlene is staying strong and healthy with regular exercise. She tells others, "Don't be afraid of commitment!
It has been 3 years and I am still going {to the gym}. I am not a quitter! I faithfully take Kira's classes and have her exercise
DVDs at home!"
Arlene is a shining example that you can make the decision to be healthy and you can start at any age!

Jane's Fitness Philosophy
Jane's goal is to inspire others to exercise for a lifetime! She says that the key to a healthy lifestyle is to "make
exercise a priority! Eat, breathe and exercise daily!" Both physically and spiritually, Jane displays an enthusiastic
attitude for the power of exercise!

Jane has been a Fitness Center member for over 10 years! She started exercising at the age of 45 and has made exercise part
of her lifestyle! Jane encourages and motivates others! She says that she "gains motivation from helping others with
exercise." Like a den mother, Jane takes anyone new to exercise or even interested in exercise, under her wing of enlightenment.
She shares with them her life experiences and makes suggestions for a healthy lifestyle.
Approaching the age of 60, Jane is truly a role model for all! Her attitude and exuberance enhance the lives of everyone
she meets!

Fit after the age of 50!
Susan's Fitness Story
"Exercise is about feeling good," exclaims Susan Trosclair! "At my age, 55, I exercise for health reasons more
than looks. Exercise is my stress release! I have less aches and pain in my muscles and joints when I exercise consistently
and I feel better!"

Susan has been exercising for about seven years and combines walking outside with weight training and cardio exercise. Her
goal is to exercise three times a week. With her hectic schedule that is not always easy to do! "I fit exercise into
my schedule by prioritizing my workouts and myself. Taking this little time for me, helps me in everything I do."
Susan has been able to eliminate some medications thanks to exercise, "I wish more of my friends (my age) would exercise
because it can help reduce medications and stress!"
Susan recently became a grandmother again! Exercise helps her enjoy her grandchildren and keep pace with them!

These ladies represent ageless fitness! They do All In One Workout classes too! They are exercising for health, to stay strong
and play better golf! Exercise isn't always about weight loss!
Guess their ages! Three are over 80, and one is over 70 and that's me in the center (the one over 40). These ladies move
like much younger women! They are strong and agile!
They are an inspiration to many and prove that exercise is the Fountain of Youth!

Lisa's Story
" I am happy with my current results using the All in one Workouts," Lisa tells us. " I still have a way to
go, but the inches I have dropped off my waist and hips are unbelievable! All my pants are loose and that feels great! Soon
I'll be redoing my whole wardrobe!"

Lisa does a twice a week workout and uses healthy eating habits. "It may be slower losing weight this way, but I know
I can keep it in my schedule for a long time. In the past, I would try to do too much, start missing workouts and then give
up. I can live with these programs, which makes it easier to stay on track!"
