Stability Ball Workouts

Stability Ball Workouts emphasize the abdominals, core and lower back.

Do you have a Stability Ball (also known as the Swiss Ball, Fitness Ball, Exercise Ball, Resist-a-ball or Balance Ball), but have no idea what to do with it other than crunches and sitting? I have developed several workouts for the Stability Ball. Each one has various levels, so you can progress as you get stronger. With ball training, the abs are always working!

    Ball Sculpt 1: Nothing But the Ball
    Requires a stability ball (not included).
    With this workout, you need "Nothing but the Ball" to get in shape and create a strong and slim midsection! A comprehensive and innovative ball workout using gym tested exercises for proven results! This workout contains several "mini" workouts! Each segment targets a specific body part with a variety of well-designed exercises, infused with ab work!

  • Upper Body Workout
  • Three lower body workouts
  • Abdominal only workout
  • Fit in 40 workout
  • Abdominal exercises are alternated with upper body exercises for extra core work. An "abdominal only" workout has even more exercises for sculpting your waistline!

    The upper body workout has a total time of 48 minutes.This portion works everything from the hips up! Every exercise hits the abs and core!

    The lower body workout has a total time of 58 minutes and includes three leg segments:
    -exercises on the ball (11 minutes)
    -standing exercises with the ball (18 minutes)
    -exercises on the floor using the ball (10 minutes)

    Accelerated body sculpting at its best! All exercises maximize the ball's effectiveness for sculpting! Each exercise has intensity options. As you get stronger, move to the next level!

    Ab Sculpt & Yoga Stretch for Stability Fitness Ball is a combo class that mixes the best of both worlds-abdominals and stretch. After many requests, I have taken this popular class that I teach, and put it on dvd! The gals love that is hits the abs/core extra hard but also get the relaxing stretch after a rough week! The ball can be optional for the yoga stretch portion and just a Yoga and Pilates Mat used instead.

    Workout info:
    In Ab Sculpt & Yoga Stretch for Stability Fitness Ball, Ab Sculpt hits the abs from every angle! From crunch variations to side oblique lifts, the variety and options eliminate boredom and create a firm, tone mid-section! This workout is about 35 minutes.

    Yoga Stretch blends stretches with basic yoga moves. This is a yoga stretch anyone can do! It can be done after any workout or as a workout itself! This workout is 30 minutes.
