Kira created the Pregnancy Fitness Series to help ladies stay in shape throughout pregnancy and recover quickly after birth!
She filmed and produced these workouts in her 8th month of pregnancy!

Pregnancy Fitness: Stretch & Strengthen
Exercises to strengthen the lower body and upper body. Many are done seated for more comfort! Stretches are done between exercises
to promote muscle relaxation and improved blood flow. The muscles targeted are those that help throughout pregnancy! Appropriate
for all trimesters. Follows ACOG guidelines. Use dumbbells or household items like soup cans or water bottles for resistance!
Mommy & Me: Abs & Arms workout!
Your baby is your exercise partner! Exercise using your baby as added resistance or while you play! A great workout any time,
even if you are not postnatal!
Mommy & Me has an arm workout you can do while baby sleeps in your arms!
Total Body Tone is another great prenatal and postnatal workout!
