Any Mode: Cardio Intervals CV001
The Cardio Interval workout can be used while walking outdoors, on a treadmill, or using a bike or elliptical machine. It
doesn't matter what type of cardio you are doing! I tell you when to start a faster pace and when to resume your "steady pace".
Your intervals range from 15-60 seconds, usually in a 1:1 ratio. I coach you through every minute of this almost 30 minute

This workout can be used with any mode-treadmill, bike, or elliptical! Pyramid time intervals gradually increase your interval
times and your level or speed. A 1:2 ratio is used, for example a 45 second: 90 second intervals. This is a 30-minutes workout,
including warm-up and cool down.
