How does it work? After your purchase, you receive a download link. Download the workout and sync it to your mp3 player or ipod and that's it! When you do cardio, I will tell you when to change your interval, how to change the interval and when to return to your "steady pace". We'll listen to some music with great beats to make the cardio go by faster! It's that easy!

Any Mode: Cardio Intervals CV001

The Cardio Interval workout can be used while walking outdoors, on a treadmill, or using a bike or elliptical machine. It doesn't matter what type of cardio you are doing! I tell you when to start a faster pace and when to resume your "steady pace". Your intervals range from 15-60 seconds, usually in a 1:1 ratio. I coach you through every minute of this almost 30 minute workout. I even help you stretch out at the end! Preview this workout.

Treadmill Elevations Cardio Workout CV002

The Cardio Interval workout is for a treadmill using elevations and speed for some interesting intervals! In this 30-minute workout, your intervals range from 30-60 seconds. Any Mode: Pyramid Intervals CV003
This workout can be used with any mode-treadmill, bike, or elliptical! Pyramid time intervals gradually increase your interval times and your level or speed. A 1:2 ratio is used, for example a 45 second: 90 second intervals. This is a 30-minutes workout, including warm-up and cool down.

Do you like to rock out? If so, you'll love the music on this workout! Music is by nocreeps "Time to Differ". Intervals of time, speed and elevations with this treadmill based workout!


Treadmill Intervals CV005

This is the same workout as above, but with different music. Some people want a good beat and not much vocals, this is it! Intervals up to 2 minutes at various speeds, inclines and combinations of both!
