Meet the instructor

Kira Langolf is a well-respected fitness trainer, gym owner, class instructor, and athlete. For over 20 years, Kira has been educating others in all aspects of fitness with her exceptional knowledge of nutrition and exercise adaptation. She developed the All-In-One Workouts for DVD to bring her knowledge to more people.

EDUCATION: Kira earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1988 from Clemson University. She voraciously studied nutrition and kinesiology in her spare time. After earning her degree, Kira worked in the fitness and engineering fields simultaneously.

CERTIFICATIONS: Kira has earned the Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT ) title with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She is Poliquin Certified through her advanced studies and utilization of Poliquin Olympic training methods. Additionally, she has earned the certifications of Primary Group Instructor, Step Instructor and Kickboxing Instructor Certifications from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFFA).
